Mighty Cubs Instructor

Love Soccer? Love Kids? Become a Mighty Cubs Instructor!

We are also looking for instructors for our youth development program which teaches children from 18 months to 10 years fundamental physical development using sports themes. Our programs use a variety of fun games to delight and engage kids in physical activity. Classes are professionally designed to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness and create self-confidence. We stress a non-competitive environment and promote fun above all else. Instructor to student ratio is kept small in order to give individual attention.
Qualifications

* Must have a desire and aptitude to work with kids of all ages
* Physically fit
* Able to talk to parents and market the program
* Outgoing and Fun

This position will require mornings to early afternoons and some weekend hours. The exact hours can be flexible and fit around a parent’s schedule. A background in working with children and/or sports is certainly a plus, although a great attitude and strong work ethic goes a long way as well!

Customer Service Host

The host is responsible for all aspects of sales and administration at the Check-in Desk. This includes the check-in of members, the sale of new memberships, and answering questions about our programs and services. Customer service and satisfaction is the overriding top priority.

This is a dynamic job designed for employees who want to learn multiple skills and grow in responsibility within the organization.
# Primary Responsibilities: Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
# Promote and sell the company's programs and products to current and prospective members.
# Get to know team managers and help them maintain their teams during the season and into the next.
# Sell concessions and retail products at the front desk.

Requirements:
# 1 years customer service experience
# Must be sales orientated and have the ability to implement sales and promotions programs.
# Must be computer literate at least to the extent of the company operating systems.

Events Party Coach

Do believe in Magic?

I hope so, because at LOL Parties you get to be a part of the magic. When a child celebrates a birthday at LOL, the Party Coach is in the middle of everything. You set the tone for the party, and you help the birthday child feel special, incredibly special. It all starts with how you greet the children and progresses with how you interact with them for the duration of the party. You have to WANT to have fun in order to be a successful Party Coach.

Responsibilities include:

* Before the children arrive, set up the party room and make sure all supplies are ready and that the room looks fantastic.
o If balloons have been ordered, prepare them so that they are in the party room ahead of time. (- good for job description, but perhaps too much for ad).
o
* Greet each guest with a smile and check each guest in.
* Make sure that the birthday child receives EXTRA SPECIAL attention, and that he or she is given the special presents that are provided.
* Learning and telling approved kid-friendly jokes.
* Supervising children in your party very closely and working as their coach, e.g. help them play games, learn rules and expectations, and provide a mirthful atmosphere.
* Once your guests are in a party room, you check in frequently with the parents ensuring that guests are comfortable, happy, and have everything they need.
* Once party guests leave, you clean up the party room.
