Q. What are the rules of
conduct in the Facility?
Please read carefully, it is your obligation to understand and follow these rules:PLEASE
DO NOT BRING OUTSIDE SOCCER BALLS INTO THE FACILITY!
Striker's Den will provide soccer balls for play.
You may not kick, toss, or throw balls outside of the arenas.
1. Soccer balls may be played within the arenas only.
2. Skates may be worn only between your locker room and the adjacent arena. Skating is not permitted anywhere else.
3. Pets are not permitted inside the Silver Creek Sportsplex.
4. Skateboards and bicycles are not permitted inside the Silver Creek Sportsplex.
5. No alcohol may be brought into the Silver Creek Sportsplex. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased in the restaurant and are allowed only in the restaurant and on the raised viewing areas.
6. Sticks and pucks are to be used only on the arenas.
7. Black tape cannot be used on any equipment, including sticks.
8. Player's boxes and Locker rooms are for players and coaches only. Children under 10 may be accompanied by a parent before and after games only.
9. All Hockey players must wear an H.E.C.C. approved helmet with full face protection, and the helmet strap properly fastened. The only exception is for adult players in division D3 or higher, who may play without full face protection.
10. It is the players’/coaches’ responsibility to check the bench and locker rooms following your game for water and debris. Please clean up any mess.
11. Glass containers, food, and beverages are not allowed on the skating surface. Spills jeopardize safety.
12. Unsafe behavior or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, and the use of profanity, abusive language, or intimidation, is prohibited.
13. Do not leave valuable items unattended. Lockers are available to secure your valuables. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items.
14. You assume all risks inherent in the use of this facility. Use may result in serious injury.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules is grounds for suspension or expulsion from this facility.
Q. Do
I have to be a member?
You must become a Striker's Den member in
order to participate in our programs, with the exception of the
programs which offer separate member and non-member pricing. However,
membership has its advantages!
Q. How much is the membership?
INDIVIDUAL: $85.00 for a full year, or $30 for a single
season
VALUE 4-PAK:$65.00 per person (see details below)
VALUE 4-PAK - $80 SAVINGS
The Value 4-Pak is for any family or group of four people who wish
to sign up together and save $20 per person. Note: Value 4-Pak memberships must be purchased onsite, and are not available online or by telephone.

When you sign up for a full year membership you will receive
a welcome package valued at over $200:
* One pass of 20 credits which can be used for pickup play, guest

MEMBERSHIPS - Rollin’ Ice & CLUB ONE AT
SILVER CREEK
Striker's Den has a reciprocal membership agreement with
the other Silver Creek Sportsplex partners. Rollin’ Ice will
waive its membership fee for Striker's Den members, and Club One
at Silver Creek will waive its registration fee. Similarly, we will
waive the Striker's Den membership fee if you are a member of Rollin’ Ice
or Club One at Silver Creek. In this case you will not receive the
Welcome Package. Please note that membership is for the individual
participant, regardless of age.
Q. Is it possible to play as
a guest / Do you have guest passes?
Players who wish to
play as a guest can purchase a game pass for $10. Guest passes
can also be purchased in bulk 10 passes / for $90. There are some
limitations
1. Guests must register with Striker’s Den
2. Guests will be added to the roster for the team they play with (e.g. guest players will not be eligible to play with a second team in the same division during the season)
3. Guests are not allowed to play in playoff games.

and secure member portal. All you need to login to MySAM is a valid
e-mail account.
MySAM allows you to:

Q. How do pick a division to
play in?
Most players and teams at Striker's Den play to
have fun. And most teams have far more fun if they have a chance
to win. If they know what the outcome will be before the game begins
they generally don't have much fun- win or lose.
Teams
We always try to setup exhibition games with
new teams against one of our existing teams before a season starts.
Seeing teams play is the best way for us to judge a new team and
then we will guide you. If we see a team in trouble we move them
down, or if that is not possible advise them that it will be a tough
season (we also offer Soccer ABC training classes that can help).
And if a team is "sandbagging" trying
to play at a lower level so that they have more success we get involved.
